Quick Tow Austin Tow Truck

Buyer beware. We were told a tow truck would arrive in 40 minutes. After waiting over 50 minutes stranded in the middle of the country, we called back only to find out they never even dispatched anyone. Completely unacceptable communication and zero urgency for customer safety. Shame on you for leaving people stuck with no updates and no accountability.

Called for a stripped bolt with roadside assistance and was told a nearby technician would arrive quickly. After I agreed, I waited 3 hours with no real updates. Only after that did they suddenly claim the driver was “on the way.” When the driver finally called, he clearly had just received the dispatch and wasn’t even aware of the prior wait. It sounded like the job was sent out to bidders instead of actually having someone nearby like they claimed. To be clear — the driver was not the problem. He was professional. The issue is the main company misrepresenting availability and response time while acting as a third-party dispatcher. This service is misleading. They make it sound like a local company is close, but they’re just brokering the job and you end up waiting hours.

I hard a terrible experience with Quick Towing USA. They misinformed me numerous times on a pick up time, were 4 hours late, and caused me to not get my vehicle to the shop in time to be fixed until next week (had they delivered when they told me they would, the dealership had several hours to fix the issue, instead it was delivered 30 minutes before the dealership closed). They also marked up the service 30% of what the actual company - A Tex- charges. Ie Quick Towing outsourced to A Tex. Just hire A Tex and not be duped like I was.

John at Quick Tow saves the day! My truck slid off my driveway due to ice and stuck on a rock. Not only was John able to pull the truck back onto my driveway but he was careful not to damage my wheel that was stuck. He really went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle came out unscathed. Thanks so much!

Use them, use them, use them! I cannot say this enough. I was in a near fatal car accident in Spicewood and from the moment they arrived on scene, the customer service was top notch! Very friendly and professional and they even gave me a lift home in the tow truck because my wife was home for the night with our sleeping baby. They handled my BMW with extreme care and were so nice that they actually helped the other 2 tow companies with the other two cars (that were totaled). So, good first impression, but it didn't stop there. Alex was always available anytime I called and was upfront and honest about the process. When it got close to 30 days in the impound, he indicated that as long as we were in communication, he would delay sale at auction. He stayed true to his word and even protected my vehicle for me when the repo company came knocking. I was able to come down immediately to sign the release and my car was towed to my house in less than 2 hours! Billy delivered my car and he was just as nice as Alex. He took care handling my car and made sure it was where I wanted before he left. Bottom line, Quick Tow is like dealing with (the good kind of) family and I would recommend them
